Charges

Most visits are contract work. This means the customer has accepted a verbal or written estimate.

If however, you need to make an emergency call, I can (in most cases) tell you over the phone what charges you are likely to encounter. If this is not possible due to the complexity of the problem or a time constraint, you will be charged on an hourly rate as shown below.

If you live outside my area there might be a small additional charge to cover extra travel time but this will be agreed with you beforehand.

Please note there is a minimum one-hour (call out) charge. No VAT and no additional charges for an emergencies. You’ll only need to pay extra for any parts or material needed to complete the work.
